Curriculum Vitae

HANNE WOJTCZYK was born in Gifhorn, Germany in 1982. She received her Dipl.-Phys. (Med.) in Medical Physics in 2008 from the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. In 2007/2008, she wrote her diploma thesis at the Section on Experimental Radiology of the University Hospital Tübingen, Germany, about field inhomogeneities close to a current-carrying copper wire in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Since 2008, she worked at the Section on Experimental Radiology in Tübingen as a research assistant. Areas of her activity included studies of induced currents in objects made from metal or CFRP in MRI as well as studies concerning the visualization of instruments in interventional MRI procedures. She is a research assistant at the Institute of Medical Engineering since 01/2011 and works in the field of Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI).
