CHARLOTT DANIELSON was born in Schwerin, Germany, in 1993. She received her B.Sc. in Medical Engineering Science from the University of Lübeck in 2016 and her M.Sc. in Regulatory Affairs from the Technische Hochschule Lübeck in 2020. During her studies she was mainly interested in mathematics as well as in Quality and Regulatory Affairs in the field of medical devices and worked as a student assistant at the Institute of Mathematics and Image Computing, Lübeck and the Klinik für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin, UKSH Lübeck. She wrote her bachelor thesis at the Institute for Electrical Engineering in Medicine at the University of Lübeck about a mathematical lung model and her master thesis at the Technische Hochschule Lübeck in cooperation with Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA about the implementation of the European UDI-System. Since 2013 she is working at Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA at the Quality & Regulatory Affairs department were she gained expertise in Post Market Surveillance and Regulatory Affairs for medical devices. She joined the Regulatory Affairs department at the Fraunhofer Research Institution for Individualized and Cell-Based Medical Engineering IMTE in 2021.
