FRANZISKA SEIDENSTICKER (née Eckardt) was born in Rostock, Germany in 1990. She received in 2016 the B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Fachhochschule Lübeck and in 2019 the M.Sc. degree in Medical Engineering from Universität zu Lübeck. During her studies she was mainly interested in medical imaging and technology. In 2016, she wrote her bachelor thesis about the characteristics of a µ-CT at the Medical Imaging Laboratory at Fachhochschule Lübeck and in 2019 her master thesis about micro blasting at Cortronik GmbH, Rostock. From 06.2018 to 11.2019 she was a working student at Cortronik GmbH in the department of production process optimization to optimize the longevity and increased performance of the intermediate process micro blasting. In September 2021, she joined the Fraunhofer Research Institution for Individualized and Cell-Based Medical Engineering IMTE.
