Lina Behrends, M.Sc.

Research Scientist

LINA BEHRENDS (born Niessen) was born in Aachen, Germany in 1988. She received her Master of Science in Medical Engineering Science in 2014 from the University zu Lübeck, Germany. In 2014 she wrote her master thesis at the institute of Biomedical Optics, at the University zu Lübeck, about the examination of the liposomal transport and light-induced intracellular release of a photoimmunconjugate. From 2015 to 2020 she worked as a research assistant at the department for orthopaedic and trauma surgery at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein in Lübeck. In 2021 she joined the Fraunhofer Research Institution for Individualized and Cell-Based Medical Engineering IMTE.
