Curriculum Vitae

NELE BLUM was born in Burgwedel, Germany in 1995. She received her Master of Science in Medical Engineering Science in 2018 from the Universität zu Lübeck, Germany. During her study she was mainly interested in medical imaging and medical image processing. In 2018 she wrote her master thesis at the Stryker GmbH in Kiel, Germany about the development of a reproducible method to virtually realign 3D-fracture fragments of different bone and fracture types. Since 04/2019 she is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Medical Engineering where she works in the field of computer tomographic reconstruction.
